Two ways in, both read by a person. Fill in the form, or write to the address under it if you would rather keep it to plain email.
What to write about
- Bugs. A move that resolved wrongly, a board that would not load, a layout that broke on your phone. Tell us the page, your browser and roughly what you did, and it becomes reproducible.
- Rules disputes. If you think the engine got a merge, a spawn or a game over wrong, we want to know. The rules are covered by an automated test suite, and a real counterexample earns a new test.
- Feature ideas. New board sizes, new modes, new themes. Several of the modes on this site started as one line in an email.
- Corrections. A number, a date or a claim in one of the guides that does not hold up. Cite the page and we will fix or remove it.
- Copyright and legal. Anything covered by the terms and conditions, including takedown requests.
- Press and partnerships. Same address.
What the form sends
The form is a Google Form, so what you type in it goes to Google and lands in a sheet only we can read. It is the one place on this site where something you type leaves your browser, and it only happens when you press submit. It asks for your email address and your name so there is somewhere to reply to, plus whatever you want to tell us. Nothing about your games travels with it; those stay in your own browser either way. The privacy policy spells this out. If you would rather not hand your name to a Google Form, the email address above reaches exactly the same person.
What to expect
This is a small site run by a small team, so replies are not instant. Bug reports and anything legal are read first. If your report needs a code change, the fix ships with the next build rather than as a reply.
